The Center for Teaching & Learning, Writing at Queens, and the Ed Tech Lab are pleased to announce the opportunity for faculty to incorporate blogs into their fall 2011 courses.  If you’re interested in using blogs, you can register your class and sign up for an orientation session at:

For the fall 2011 semester, the college will offer the following forms of support for faculty using WordPress blogs:

 

·         Two orientation sessions: Thursday, August 25, 12:15-1:30 pm and Monday, August 29, 12:15-1:30 pm.  (See above link to register.)

·         Bree Zuckerman, a Tech Fellow, will be available to meet in-person by appointment or by email: bzuckerman@qc.cuny.edu.

·         A faculty listserv, which enables Tech Fellows to provide support and faculty to help each other solve problems and develop creative strategies for using the software.  You can join the listserv here: http://lists.qc.cuny.edu/mailman/listinfo/wordpress
