Michael Krasner (Political Science) will model an interactive role-play on how to prepare for a lobbying visit. Nathalia Glickman Holtzman (Biology) will demonstrate hands-on learning exercises suitable for very large classes. Come meet your colleagues and share your thoughts on teaching experientially.

This luncheon is sponsored by the Office of the Provost at the request of a group of faculty who gathered over the summer to discuss simulations, internship courses, civic engagement, and various approaches to participatory teaching.
We would now like to bring more faculty into this ongoing conversation about experiential learning at Queens College. The format of the lunch will allow ample time for discussion and peer-to-peer feedback.
