Worried about one of your students? Are they missing essential assignments? Are they struggling to pass tests? Reaching out to and working with students directly is ideal, but if you want additional direct messaging to lead them to use the free academic support resources on campus, use the QC Navigate Alert tool.

 

Initiating a Navigate Alert on your students pings the QC Learning Commons, who then reach out to the student to let them know you are concerned and offers to connect them with free academic support services.
