*Manual enrollments (adding in users as Learners, Designers, Graders, and Observers) should be done by sending a request to ITS: Request to Add User to a Brightspace Course : Queens College Helpdesk (cuny.edu)

Adding in TAs and Instructors will be completed by your department’s administrative assistant/chair. They will add in users via CourseDog, once completed, the changes will reflect in Brightspace the next business day. The registrar will be able to assist with any issues with CourseDog enrollments.

*Course/Section merges can only be done by LMS Administrators and requested by the following – Request Section/Course Merge in Brightspace : Queens College Helpdesk (cuny.edu)
