Addendum to the IRSA Awards

Dear Colleagues,

A while ago, we circulated the call for the 2012 Immigration Research Summer Awards (IRSA). For the purpose of facilitating the application process, we are expanding the funding criteria. IRSA Awards can be now used for summer salary OR for research expenses, including paying stipends to research assistants or to postgraduate researchers.

For grantees choosing a summer stipend, payments for the total amount of the award will be made at the beginning of the award period. For grantees opting to pay for research expenses, including stipends for graduate students, the release of funds will be made upon payment requests for completed services. Awards will range between US $ 3,000 and US $ 4,000.
