Hi all, QC Voices is an online publication featuring student perspectives on trends and issues critical to the Queens College community. Current columns include activism, contemporary black literature, personal reflections on politics, the cultural influence of memes, and the hidden side of New York City. Join QC Voices writers on December 4th during Common Hour in the Godwin-Ternbach Museum for readings from the best student writing of 2017. You'll hear student perspectives that are alternately engaging, critical, insightful, personal, and humorous, and which will include essays, poetry, prose, and the spoken word. Students will also have the oppurtunity to learn how you can participate in the QC Voices community as a student writer. Please let your students know about this event and consider coming yourself to hear some excellent spoken word performances.
