Hello all, Queens Memory is holding one more free oral history training workshop before the new semester starts! This session will take place on Wednesday, August 22, from 4 to 6 pm at the Court Square branch of Queens Library in Long Island City. We will cover such topics as interviewing techniques, recording technology and the creation of timecode outlines, and will offer some time to practice your skills. The workshop will also feature a discussion of several current and upcoming Queens Memory projects.
