On Tuesday, January 15th, 2013, we will be bringing the Qwriting server down for a maintenance and upgrade session that will take approximately 48 hours to complete (Thursday, January 17, 2013). So, you will not be able to access Qwriting from Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Migrating all the Qwriting blogs to a new server hosted at Queens College and
Switching the site address from *qwriting.org to *qwriting.qc.cuny.edu. To clarify, from Thursday morning on, if your blog URL looked like "mysitename.qwriting.org" it will now look like "mysitename.qwriting.qc.cuny.edu".

All of your posts, pages and themes should remain the same. Further, anyone who tries to get to your site at mysitename.qwriting.org will be redirected to mysitename.qwriting.qc.cuny.edu without having to do anything. This means that if you posted your site URL in an email or on a website, etc., you will not need to change it immediately. That can be done at your leisure.
