Happy Thursday!
I hope this email finds you well. Every month, the Office of Honors and Scholarships sends out a monthly to students on campus, with the currently open opportunities for National and Prestigious Scholarships and Fellowships.
In addition to the currently open opportunities summarized below, our office is scheduling classroom visits for the beginning of the Spring semester, where we’ll briefly tell students about the QC scholarship application process and relevant national opportunities. If we’re able to come present, please fill out this form.
We’re grateful for the time to present to students, as every semester we give out roughly 120 local Queens College and recognize national winners (such as our most recent winners for the Belle Zeller, the Gilman, Reducetarian, Critical Language Scholarship, and more!)
Our office is always looking for bright and talented students who may be interested in these opportunities. We would appreciate you sending the below and attached out to your courses and cohorts, and if you’d like, you can recommend students for opportunities as well, using this form.
As students express an interest in opportunities, feel free to refer them to Rebecca Baron’s office, as she can support with navigating the application process, writing the essays, and any nomination requirements. Thank you as always for all of your time and support.  Happy holidays!
