Dear Colleagues,<br><br>Wendy Lader, from Computer and Information Services (CIS) at CUNY Central, is putting together a focus group of interested faculty to sit down with the folks from Blackboard and talk about how you use, want to use, can imagine using Bb Collaborate. The idea is for Blackboard to come away with ideas about what kind of support documentation and training they could put together to best serve the CUNY community.  It&#39;s a good chance to get the QC perspective heard and to find out more about Collaborate.  <br>

They would like to understand the goals of the colleges in using Collaborate so that they can provide the right kind of training and support.&quot;<br>
