I hope you had a fantastic week. I'm writing as the new Queens College Scholarships and Fellowships Specialist. I'm seeking student referrals for a few of our open opportunities. The JK Watson Fellowship

Open to freshmen and sophomores
Connects students to three paid summer internships and other unique professional experiences in NYC, the U.S. and abroad, and a Discovery Fund for self-designed experiences
With no GPA minimum, this is perfect for self-initiating students who take advantage of opportunities and are open to exploring different career futures

The Goldwater Scholarship

Open to sophomores and juniors
A competitive and prestigious scholarship that offers funds to the top students in science and math research

The Truman Scholarship

Open to juniors
A competitive and prestigious scholarship that offers funds and additional support to students with a demonstrated interest in public service and planning to attend graduate school to pursue a public service career

We also have numerous opportunities for those interested in international and government affairs and language immersion.

Attached is a general PDF, searchable by year, with all of the available opportunities for students along with a PDF of summer research opportunities. These were both sent out to students as well.
