What is Fulbright?
Fulbright Grants for Study and Research Abroad provide for one year of academic study or research in over 140 countries around the world. Projects may include university coursework, independent library, lab, or field research, classes in a music conservatory or art school, special projects in the social or life sciences, or a combination. Some countries support enrollment in graduate degree programs.
Fulbright Grants for English Teaching Assistantships (ETA) provide funding and placements for one year in primary, and secondary schools or universities where grantees contribute to English-language instruction. ETA grants are offered in over 60 countries around the world. Recipients are expected to propose small research projects or community engagement activities beyond their teaching responsibilities
