Hello all,
I wanted to share the good news that the first episode of Queens Memory's podcast, "The Borough We Became: Queens Residents On Life During COVID-19," is now live and available free on all major podcast platforms! Here is our link and official description on Stitcher:

?The Borough We Became: Queens Residents On Life During COVID-19<https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/queens-memory-covid19-project>
Listen to The Borough We Became: Queens Residents On Life During COVID-19 episodes free, on demand. On Thursday, April 9th, 2020 the Queens Memory Project launched a COVID-19 documentation project in Queens, New York. The project, found at https://queenslib.org/covid<https://slack-redir.net/link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fqueenslib.org%2Fcovid>, has the active support of a broad coalition of cultural organizations and citizen historians organized to document this extraordinary moment in Queens history. These are the stories shared by Queens residents who are living, working, learning, and helping one another during this unprecedented time.
The QM team has been working with several podcast professionals on this series and the first episode is really compelling -- a well-curated compilation of the many audio testimonies we've gathered the past few months.
Please give a listen and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts!
Thanks and be well,
Lori
