[SADivision 0105] Phone bank - Help Needed
Dear All: As you know, the College has been dealing with a budget shortfall due largely to declining enrollment. With this in mind, we are creating a telephone bank where staff members and students will call enrolled students who have not yet registered for the spring 2014 semester, with the intention of getting them to enroll as soon as possible. Here are a few things to know: 1. The phone bank will occur weekday evenings from 5:00 to 8:00 pm each night, throughout January. 2. Current full-time employees in Student Affairs will receive flex time for their assistance. 3. Current part-time employees will be paid their normal hourly rate for the actual number of hours worked. 4. Student workers will receive approximately $10.00 per hour in pay for the actual number of hours worked. 5. The phone bank will be located on campus, and a script and campus referral "cheat sheet" will be provided to you. Please consider doing this to help with the College's enrollment and budget.
