Good evening Student Affairs, Please note: Every Queens College employee must complete, sign, and submit the attached "Four Day Work Week Option Sheet" to your department supervisor by Friday, June 5. Employees of related entities (RF, QCSSC, etc.) should just discuss with their supervisor so there is a record of what the employee's plans are for the summer Fridays and making up those hours.
