Good morning Student Affairs, Just following up to the e-mail below, I was able to obtain Remote Access for Adam and myself yesterday while on-campus.? To enable Remote Access, your computer at "work" must be on and remain on. If on your work computer you're unable to toggle the on/off remote desktop switch, you must call the help desk at 7-4444 and they'll guide you through the quick steps. Of course this doesn't help much for most who're unable to come into work to turn on the computer(s). Helpdesk Support has gone live online at https://www.qc.cuny.edu/computing/HelpDesk/Pages/Welcome.aspx?; just click on the Live Support button for assistance. Stay safe! Irving R. Uribe, M.F.A.
