[SADivision 0306] Africana Studies/Black Faculty and Staff Organization
Good morning Student Affairs, The Africana Studies program is coordinating an initiative to create a black faculty and staff organization. In order to facilitate this, the program is trying to locate and invite faculty and staff who identify as black (African American, Afro-Latinx, Afro-Caribbean, African, etc.) to the Welcome event that will be held this semester (the week of Sept. 9th) and to join the list. If interested, please feel free to send an e-mail out to Edward Bryan Cooper Owens, Director of African Studies at ecooperowens@qc.cuny.edu<mailto:ecooperowens@qc.cuny.edu> to be added to the list or if you have any questions. Thank you Irving R. Uribe, M.F.A.
