Registration for CUNYfirst training sessions for requesters with access to the Purchasing/Accounts Payable module ("Financials Supply Chain") is now available via MyQC. Register for your preferred training date at https://apps.qc.cuny.edu/workshops/workshoplist.aspx?deptid=401

 

Training sessions take place:

Friday, September 18, 10 am to 12 pm

Friday, October 2, 10 am to 12 pm

 

Requesters/Receivers creating requisitions and system-generated receipts in CUNYfirst, should register for this two-hour training session. It will walk you through the steps from checking your budget balances to creating purchase requisitions and creating receiving reports. Training materials are available for download when registering for each session; feel free to print at your leisure. All sessions will be held in Campbell Dome.
