Attached is a memo setting forth the rules for annual leave and unscheduled holidays.  Please note that there has been a change in the rules applicable to excluded non-teaching instructional staff to conform their rules to the rules applicable to non-teaching instructional staff who are represented by the PSC.  Please call me if you have any questions.  Thank you.
