This yearβs theme is "The Future of Work for Women: Where Do We Go From Here?" We seek leaders to come together and share their stories, ideas and best practices for empowering women to strategize for transformative career success. This year we are asking that conference proposals fall into one of the following tracks: * Career Champions (mentors, sponsors, advocates, allies) * Change & Transformation (national trends in higher education, change in career, organizational culture, policy change) * Culture of Wellness (financial, mental, physical and social health) Session Formats: All sessions will be 75 minutes including Q&A. We encourage presenters to deliver highly engaging formats to enhance participants' learning experiences. Proposals from individuals are welcome, as well as panel proposals. All selected sessions will be delivered online via Zoom on either Tuesday, March 7th or Thursday, March 9th and will be recorded.
