I would like to call your attention to the information below about how to request access for visitors to campus.
All visitors must have approval before coming to campus.
Request for visitor access must be made at least
5 business days prior to the visit. Before completing the steps below, please read the
CUNY Covid-19 Visitor-Policy.
How to request visitor access:
1.
Ask visitors to self-register in the
Cleared4 system in order to access the Queens College campus. (If they have a CUNY Access Pass from another CUNY institution, please skip this step.)
2.
Request visitor access by submitting a
visitor request form online. This should be completed by the person inviting the guest to campus, not the guest.
3.
Visitors who are approved to visit the campus will receive an email from QCA20/Proxyclick with additional requirements and instructions on how to obtain
an access pass.
4.
Once visitors meet vaccination and Proxyclick requirements to obtain an access pass, they may access the campus by presenting the access pass
and a government-issued photo identification.
Please be reminded of the following campus guidance:

Offices are currently accessible by appointment only.

Use of the library requires a
reservation.

All recreational facilities are available only to vaccinated students and staff who have prior access to enter campus. Individuals may only book one
hour per day through the
Athletics reservation system (not the visitor request form).
