The Service Corps is working closely with the City Service Corps, and the professional development program that participants will receive is modeled after our own Training & Development Series. We are excited to be a part of this City-wide initiative and hope that CUNY alumni can benefit from it. The City Service Corps, a new NYC Service program in partnership with the United Way of New York City and the Franklin Project, unites a diverse group of professionals to serve full-time for 10-months at City agencies and their partner nonprofit organizations, working to address community needs. The inaugural Corps will launch in 2015. All New Yorkers who are passionate about making a difference in our City are encouraged to apply.
