The ninth annual CUNY “Women’s Leadership Conference” , under the leadership of the Council of Presidents’ Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee, and cosponsored by The New York Times in College, and the NYC Commission on Women's Issues will take place:

Friday, October 25, 2013

8:15 –8:50 am: Registration and Buffet Breakfast

9 am – 4 pm: Program

Hunter College/CUNY

68th Street and Lexington Avenue

The goal of this invitation-only conference is to inspire women students with demonstrated leadership qualities to further develop their skills and realize their potential as leaders. Perhaps the most important feature of this conference for the students who attend is that they have been especially selected to participate by QC Administrators.

This year, the conference theme is “Leadership Lessons Learned: Looking Ahead”.  The Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee will replicate their proven format, introducing participants, as a cohort, to a comprehensive, full day-long, program of speakers and panels, presentations by legislators and representatives of prominent women's organizations.

Your support is essential to make this ninth annual undertaking a success.
