Dear Student Affairs Team Members: I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer, and hopefully taken some time away to relax and recharge. This notice is to remind you that our annual Divisional Welcome Back Breakfast is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2019. The breakfast is mandatory for all full-time personnel in the Division of Student Affairs, and will be held on the 4th floor of the Student Union. The doors will be open at 8:45am, and the program will start at 9:00am sharp. Everyone should be able to return to their offices by 12:00 noon. This year we are excited to have a full program scheduled. We will hear from Interim President William Tramontano; Sandy Curko, Interim General Counsel; Troy Hahn, CIO; Joseph Loughren, AVP Finance and Administration; and Meghan Moore-Wilk, Chief of Staff. Following the introductions and opening remarks, we will have a team from the Mount Sinai Sexual Assault and Violent Intervention Program (SAVI) who will conduct training for our division. Everyone is expected to arrive early so you have time to eat and get settled before the program begins at 9:00am sharp. I am normally a bit lenient when it comes to late arrivals for this event, but this year we have a packed schedule and must start on time. All full-time student affairs personnel are required to attend; part-time personnel are welcome but not required. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. I am looking forward to seeing you then! Adam Irving R. Uribe, M.F.A.
