Good afternoon Student Affairs,

Just making you all aware, earlier today two (2) announcements were shared with QC undergrads to launch these programs.  Details are provided below to assist with any inquires you may receive.

1. Supermarket Gift Card Program
   1. Funded by the Carrol and Milton Petrie Foundation
   2. Sponsored by the Queens College Knights Table Food Pantry
   3. Open to all registered CUNY students
   4. One $25 gift card will be mailed to students that complete the google form
   5. One card per student, per family
   6. One card for the academic year (fall 2020/spring 2021)
   7. First come, first served – limited supplies
   8. Gift cards to following supermarkets (Aldi Grocery, Key Food, NYC Grow GreenMarket Coupons  and Stop and Shop)
   9. Suggestions for types of supermarket chains gift cards are welcomed

2. Holiday Food Giveaway - Turning the Table On Hunger
   1. Funded by the Carrol and Milton Petrie Foundation
   2. Sponsored by the Queens College Knights Table Food Pantry, Student Association, Health Service Center, Student Affairs and Queens College
   3. The QC Shuttle Bus will visit three communities within Queens to distribute bags of food
   4. The tentative dates are December 8^th, 15^th and 22^nd
   5. Open to all CUNY students
   6. Location and reservation information will be shared before Friday, December 4^th
   7. Goal is to feed 100 families per day
   8. distribute flu shot and health products (condoms and feminine hygiene supplies/ limited quantities available)
   9. One bag per student, per family
   10. Participants must reserve a bag
   11. All participants must wear mask
   12. All participants must social distance
