Dear Senators, I hope this message finds you well. The next Academic Senate meeting will be held this Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 3:35 p.m. in-person in Kiely Hall, room 170 (Dave Fields Lecture Hall). Please make every effort to attend this meeting as, in addition to new curricular items, a Resolution in Support of Mutual Defense of Academic Freedom, Institutional Autonomy, and Shared Governance will be presented for discussion (page 64 of the PDF). Chief Information Office and AVP Troy J. Hahn will also be at the meeting to answer questions about the QC ITS Report on the Queens College Websites and Server Outage (pages 56-63).
