I have a couple updates as promised in regards to the Winter Conference - * Any organizations who still wish to donate - please feel free to deliver your donations to my office by no later than the last day of finals. I will be providing you with a receipt for your records. * The following link will grant you access to the Agenda for the 2019 Winter Conference - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DsEafTZR2PPhw8pRRfNl9OnsJIJ-UL_2/view?usp=s.... The topics for the conference were chosen from your list of topics that was given. There is something on the agenda noting a tabling workshop, depending on the location this may or may not be cancelled - but I will alert you if anything changes. This will all depend on the space chosen. * Your 2 permanent representatives will be chosen and placed using the following link - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1g94ESv189w_SyHd1iKBP3iVowtpr1Hby2dax.... The only names that should be placed there are those of your 2 permanent reps. Given the agenda, Presidents, please draft up an email of who in addition to your representatives will be attending on Day 1 and Day 2.
