Good Afternoon Everyone, Just a reminder that Audit season approaches us, and although they are not due until May, I am conducting a mid-year review in order to ensure that you are on track to fulfill all audit requirements. With that being said - chapter presidents this is now the time to begin scheduling your check out meetings with me. Check out meetings must be scheduled by no later than Monday, December 3, 2018. For this meeting come prepared to discuss audits, new member education for the Spring 2019 semester, and any questions you may have for me. For the Fall 2018 semester you are required to do 2 Educational Campus Events, 2 Community Service Programs (not including fundraisers but actual service you are doing to impact the community), 1 Co Sponsored Campus Event and attendance at IGC Meetings. Be mindful that I have vast partnerships with community service sites in the Queens Area. If you need any sites to do community service at please reach me. The following programs can be used to boost or fulfill audit requirements for the Educational Campus Event requirement. If you are missing some of the following requirements. Be mindful that 4 or more members must attend in order for this to count towards your audit. If you have any follow up questions please don’t hesitate to reach me.
