Discusses dietetic goals and barriers with pt and their families and counsel’s pt and /or their families individually or in groups about strategies to meet dietary adherence in a long range. 5. Works closely with other members of the metabolic team. 6. Develops and revises nutritional educational materials to improve patient quality of care for all diagnosis, age and literacy level. 7. Demonstrates organization in performing several tasks simultaneously. Shows willingness to move from one task to another as work requires without being asked. 8. Reports laboratory results within 24 hrs of being posted with treatment plan and recommendations. 9. Ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests from family members regarding their nutrition care and projects a positive image to the community. 10.
