Hey club members, Thank you to everyone who came to today's meeting! Whitney was a super helpful guest to have on, and she gave excellent real work life advice. A lot of our current eboard is graduating, so we need some club members to step up! Being on the club's e-board is an excellent experience to have on your resumè. Here is a small description of each position available: *President: *Host all club meetings and reach out to potential speakers. Speakers will communicate with you directly throughout the semester. Create and keep track of the club schedule, create flyers and forms for all events. Work with the secretary to create email blasts throughout the week. Speak with the social media chair weekly to post about upcoming events. Stay informed on QC budget meetings and schedules. Oversee all aspects of the club. *Vice President: *Reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak at the club. Helping all board members and stepping in for the president when needed. *Treasurer duties: *monitoring the student organization's budget; completing an annual financial report for the student organization; tending to the status of all purchase requests. You will be asked to assist the president in reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak with the club, attend any mandatory CCP meetings, and other duties assigned throughout the semester. *Social Media Chair duties: *This position needs a tech-savvy individual who will post on our Instagram and Facebook. Experience with CANVA is a plus! You will help maintain brand and consistency. Work with the board to ensure publicity for all meetings and important dates. Develop weekly content related to our field. You will work closely with the President and this position is fairly hands-on.
