I wanted to share with you a paid summer job opportunity working at a residential summer camp in the PA Pocono Mountains. It is a great job that offers you as a future nutrition professional the opportunity to work directly with food allergies, special diets and medical conditions related to food (MNT). You are based out of the kitchen, but also get a good deal of clinical expertise working with the company Dietitian who does much of the leg work to ensure a smooth summer and process in the kitchen. THe dates listed on the description are estimates and could very well be delayed due to the Covid 19 situation.
