CLUB ELECTIONS!!!! We have some board members getting ready to graduate and will be stepping down — Secretary, Treasurer, and Social Media Chair. Secretary duties: This position needs a self-motivated individual who is good at keeping a schedule and making deadlines. You will be responsible for checking emails along with the president; Attend all meetings and record minutes effectively; work closely with the president and Social Media Chair to plan and maintain the semesters meetings schedule; maintain effective records and administration, keeping a record of the organization’s activities and of future activities, and other duties assigned throughout the semester. Treasurer duties: monitoring the student organization's budget; completing an annual financial report for the student organization; tending to the status of all purchase requests. However, this position is less financial while we are still doing online classes and meetings. However is still very much an active member. You will be asked to assist the president in reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak with the club, attend any mandatory CCP meetings, and other duties assigned throughout the semester. Social Media Chair duties: This position needs a tech-savy individual who will post on our instagram and Facebook. Experience with CANVA a plus! You will help maintain brand and consistency. Work with e-board to ensure publicity for all meetings and important dates. Develop weekly content related to our field. You will work closely with the President and this position is fairly hands on.
