An RDN with a starting private practice is looking for a student ghostwriter to help create written materials. The topics can be assigned or you can suggest your own (any popular nutrition-related topics, preferably plant-based). The materials would not go into depth like school assignments do but mostly provide an overview or to be given as 1pg handouts. This is a position with low time demands, suitable for busy students.
