Greetings!
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our Stellar Farmers Markets (SFM) team!
We are hiring temporary, part-time educators to engage the public with free, bilingual nutrition workshops and cooking demonstrations at farmers markets throughout New York City. These positions are a great way to gain skills in public speaking, facilitation, and community engagement. Nutrition, Culinary and Bilingual Educators will work as a team to deliver workshops. Head Educators will plan and facilitate team meetings, schedule virtual partner workshops, and will assist with additional coordination tasks and implement workshops, as needed.
