Here is a small description of each position available:
President: Host all club meetings and reach out to potential speakers. Speakers will communicate with you directly throughout the semester. Create and keep track of the club schedule, create flyers and forms for all events. Work with the secretary to create email blasts throughout the week. Speak with the social media chair weekly to post about upcoming events. Stay informed on QC budget meetings and schedules. Oversee all aspects of the club.
Vice President: Reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak at the club. Helping all board members and stepping in for the president when needed.
Treasurer duties: monitoring the student organization's budget; completing an annual financial report for the student organization; tending to the status of all purchase requests. You will be asked to assist the president in reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak with the club, attend any mandatory CCP meetings, and other duties assigned throughout the semester.
