internship is a business and entrepreneur focused program.  We are
participating in the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 Match (and then Spring

your business educator and mentor. Our Assistant Director, Chrissy
Riccardo, is a successful nutrition educator and will be your nutrition
and dietetics educator and mentor.  During the KBDI, you will learn
business acumen and you will rotate through the traditional dietetic
internship rotations including Clinical, Food Service, and Community and
have opportunities to rotate in Food Industry and Business settings.
When you graduate from the KBDI you will be eligible to sit for your RDN
exam and ready to start your own business.
