Dear Student,
You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years of age, were enrolled in an ACEND Accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) or Coordinated Program in Dietetics (CPD) in fall 2020 and are currently enrolled in a DPD or CPD in the United States.
At the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter your email address to be eligible to receive a $25 electronic Amazon gift card. 25 participants who provide their email address will be randomly selected to receive a gift card at the end of the study in mid-May 2021. Your email address will be destroyed at this time.
Risks include the potential for emotional stress, boredom, or fatigue during the survey. There is also a risk of loss of confidentiality, but you can choose not to provide your email. Benefits include contributing to knowledge on the impact of COVID-19 on DPD/CPD students.
Your decision to participate in this study is totally voluntary. You may withdraw at any time.
