NYSAND members, please spread the word about the NYSAND Membership Award! This award is using the funds received from the 2021 D&I Mini Grant from the Academy to cover the full cost of one year of membership with the Academy and NYSAND for students and RD/DTRs from underrepresented groups in dietetics.
Eligibility: This award is open to: (1) any student (undergraduate, graduate or dietetic intern), registered dietitian nutritionist (RD/RDN) or dietetic technician, registered (DTR/NDTR) who attends a school or internship in or resides in New York state and identifies as part of an underrepresented group in dietetics - AND - (2) who is currently NOT a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NYSAND) OR has not been a member within the past 5 years.
How to apply: You can apply for the award in one of the following ways: (1) via Google forms here or (2) download the application in Word format from the NYSAND website here.
