Hello Everyone!!
Thank you again for joining us during our last meeting. I hope you enjoyed our speaker, Kathleen Hiltwine. We had a great discussion about the WIC program and what a day in the life of a Public Health Nutrition Consultant looks like. Kathleen also spoke about alternative routes other than completing an internship and how the WIC program is a great stepping stone for RD2BEs.
Next week, Wednesday, March 24th we will be having another meeting. Professor Westfal will be hosting a discussion on prenatal nutrition. Please make sure you research this topic as this is a student-run meeting.
This Sunday at 12PM is the final day to submit your self-nomination to be a part of the e-board for Fall 2021. Please fill out the form in the link below.
We will continue to take attendance and still give out e-certifications at the end of the semester. A reminder that you need to attend 5 meetings to receive a certification.
