- 230-280 bed facility LTC facility
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible with daytime, evening and weekend hours
- Available immediately for at least 4 weeks
- NYS license NOT required

- Clinical experience is required, management experience preferred

- 180-bed LTC facility
- 16-24 hours per week
- Available immediately, with at least a 1 month commitment
