Hey Club Members! *CLUB ELECTIONS!!!! *We have some board members getting ready to graduate and will be stepping down. Here are the positions available — President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Social Media Chair. Here is a small description of each: *President: *Host all club meetings and reach out to potential speakers. Speakers will communicate with you directly throughout the semester. Create and keep track of club schedule, create flyers and forms for all events. Work with the secretary to create email blasts throughout the week. Speak with the social media chair weekly to post about upcoming events. Stay informed on QC budget meetings and schedules. Oversee all aspects of club. *Vice President: *Reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak at the club. Helping all board members and stepping in for the president when needed. *Treasurer duties: *monitoring the student organization's budget; completing an annual financial report for the student organization; tending to the status of all purchase requests. You will be asked to assist the president in reaching out to potential speakers and inviting them to speak with the club, attend any mandatory CCP meetings, and other duties assigned throughout the semester. *Social Media Chair duties: *This position needs a tech-savvy individual who will post on our Instagram and Facebook. Experience with CANVA is a plus! You will help maintain brand and consistency. Work with board to ensure publicity for all meetings and important dates. Develop weekly content related to our field. You will work closely with the President and this position is fairly hands-on.
