Tomorrow, Monday, October 26th @ 12:15pm, we will be talking a little bit about Dietetic Internships and how you should be preparing. Courtney Darsa will also be joining us as our guest speaker.
Courtney Darsa, MS, RD, CDN, CDE is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator based in Manhattan. Courtney has over six years of experience working in both in-patient and out-patient nutrition settings, specializing in diabetes, intuitive eating, medical nutrition therapy and disordered eating. Currently, Courtney works for a corporate wellness firm, and also runs her own private practice where she specializes in Intuitive Eating as it relates to Diabetes, PCOS, disordered eating and more.
