Position Responsibilities:
Perform nutritional assessments for patients
Counsel patients on the principles of well-balanced nutrition in individual sessions
Conduct nutritional education groups
Evaluate Renfrew’s menu/meal plan.
Participate with clinical treatment team.
Education, Competencies and Credentials;
Minimum of a bachelor's degree at a US accredited university or college and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) and an RD credential
Licensed registered dietitian strongly preferred
Two-three years of experience as a dietitian preferred
Experience working with patients with eating disorders is preferred.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
