Saint Louis University Dietetic Internship Information I am writing to share information about Saint Louis University's Dietetic Internship program. We have an exciting 15 month combined MS/DI program with 34 total spots available across four areas of concentration: *nutrition therapy*, *culinary entrepreneurship*, *nutrition and physical performance*, and *pediatric nutrition*. The attached PDFs have additional information on the program as a whole and highlights of each of these concentrations. Please share them with any of your students who are interested in pursuing a dietetic internship - I know many applicants are looking to add additional programs to their DICAS application before the 15th or are looking ahead at programs to apply to next year. At the same time, there has been a steep increase in the number of children who have developed food allergies. In this session, the speaker will provide a brief history of feeding recommendations for infants and how the current guidance provides food allergy prevention benefits for infants and families. Using the latest scientific evidence, the speaker will share the most important research about how and when babies should be fed potential allergens, particularly peanut and egg, to prevent food allergies.
