Dear Fall 2025 Mathematics ICE Candidates,
I hope you had a good semester and are looking forward to next year.
Attached please find information about your placements for fall 2025 ICE which includes the school placement and the name of your partner. Supervisors (yet to be assigned) will email you at the start of the semester, possibly before the semester starts, with instructions about starting dates and times for each school. ICE observations usually start on the first day of school for the teachers or the first day of school for the students. Wait to hear from your supervisor; do not contact the schools.
Student teaching placement info will be sent from me in a separate email. Remember to continue to check your QC email during the summer break for important emails from your ICE supervisors, professors, and the SEYS department. Reply promptly, especially regarding fingerprinting and course registration. And, continue to prepare for the fall assessment on the Regents exams.
