Dear Student Teachers, The Student Teacher Information Sheets should be completed and returned to Dr. Curcio and to me, immediately, if you have not yet done so. The form wss sent via email by Dr. Curcio on Jan. 28, and is attached for your convenience. Dr Curcio wrote: Also, Mrs. Weinman and I need your COMPLETED student information sheet AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please fill out everything. If you have TWO cooperating teachers, please provide complete information for BOTH of them. Be sure to indicate which classes you will be teaching and indicate the EXACT time the period begins and ends. You may send this information to MRS.
