Our heartfelt congratulations to Frankie Romano, who is the recipient of this year's Nancy Comley Prize for her brilliant essay "The Matter of the Text: Queerness, Identity, and Proximity in Alison Bechdel’s *Fun Home*"! The faculty judges for the award had a really difficult time choosing a winner this year, because of the high caliber of all the submissions. We're all so proud of the work everyone is doing in the program.
