[MAEnglish] Join the 2020 Graduate Conference Committee! -- First Planning Meeting 11/13 at 6:00 pm,
Hi everyone, It's time to begin planning our seventh annual MA conference, which will take place this spring on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. We're looking for volunteers to join this year's Graduate Conference Committee, which organizes the conference. The committee's responsibilities include coming up with a conference theme, writing a call for papers, making decisions on submissions, organizing panels, inviting faculty participation, and promoting the conference. We'll meet about once a month leading up to the conference. We are planning to hold our first meeting next week, Wednesday, November 13, at 6:00 pm in Klapper 610. Please email worchard@qc.cuny.edu to let us know if you're coming, or if you can't make it but would still like to join the committee. And even if you don't volunteer, we hope you'll all submit proposals once the call for papers goes out later this semester!
