Dear Graduate Students, I wanted to call your attention to some dates in the QC/CUNY calendar, because I know there's been some confusion. Next *Thursday, September 5, follows a Monday schedule*. That means if you have a Monday class (this applies to ENGL 636, 726, and 781-02), just for next week (for your first class) you'll be meeting on Thursday instead of Monday (because of Labor Day). And that means if you have a Thursday class (i.e., ENGL 719, 729, 781-03), you will *not* be meeting next Thursday. Other important dates to keep in mind: - Monday, Sep. 2, is the last day to add a course OR to drop a course for a 75% tuition refund. - Monday, Sep. 9, is the last day to drop a course for a 50% tuition refund. - Monday, Sep. 16, is the last day to drop a course for a 25% tuition refund. - No classes on Sep. 30-Oct. 1, Oct. 8-9, Oct. 14, and Nov. 28-30. - Wednesday, Oct. 16, follows a Monday schedule. - Thursday, Dec. 12, is the last day of classes.
