The presentations were even stronger and more dynamic than ever, and we were especially thrilled to award this year's Best Conference Paper prize to Amanda Torres for her brilliant presentation “When Love Is Not Enough: Queer Utopian Coalition in Response to the Pulse Shooting.” Special thanks to the fabulous organizing committee: Alison Eldredge, Tenisha McDonald, Virginia Pellegrini, and Nandi Prince!
